We want you to be completely confident in your investment in our live courses. That’s why we offer a straightforward and fair refund policy:
- Full refund, no questions asked – If you decide a course isn’t right for you within the first three weeks, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid.
- Pro-rata refund after three weeks – If you leave after the three-week mark, we’ll refund the portion of the course you haven’t used.
Example:
If you paid £447 for a 9-week course and decide to leave after week 7, you’ll get a refund for the remaining 2 weeks:
- £447 ÷ 9 weeks = £49.67 per week
- Refund for 2 weeks = £99.33
Refunds are processed in GBP (£), so the amount may vary slightly depending on your original payment currency.
